The hex value 0x0098967 only has 7 hex digits, whereas the standard CwCheat format requires 8. I don't play that game myself, but regardless of the game, there's one thing about that cheat code which strikes me as very odd indeed. So heres the problem, some the cheats doesn't work with the game, even if that was only a pretty basic cheat (Max Money), but the more complex cheat like (EXP Multiplier) works. Then I tried making a 'memstick/PSP/Cheats' path location and putting the cheat file in there, but it's still not working.
PPSSPP seems to have created a cheats folder in the root directory instead of memstick/PSP/Cheats. I'm using PPSSPP v0.9.1 and I have cheats enabled.
